Almost a quarter of a century ago, Willie O’Reilly and his wife Nora opened their first cake and coffee shop in O’Connell Square in Mountmellick, Co Laois.
Today Nora’s supplies fine cakes and confectionary on a wholesale and retail basis.
They recently opened a new bakery, also in Mountmellick, specialising
in cakes for all occasions. All baking and decorating is done by Willie,
who has a wealth of experience accumulated over four decades.
